Purple Bra Brigade - Drawing September 13, 2008

OFFICIAL RULES

· Must be 18 years or older to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

· Tickets for 2008 Purple Bra Brigade Prius Raffle are $40 each.

· Grand Prize: 2008 Toyota Prius. Winner will choose the color for the car OR $24,000 cash.
Tickets may be purchased at www.PurpleBraBrigade.org or other locations as listed on
www.PurpleBraBrigade.org.

· Ticket sales will be limited to 2,500 tickets.

· If a minimum of 1000 of the available 2,500 tickets are not sold, all ticket holders will be notified and will be eligible for a full refund.

· Purchase price of ticket is not a tax-deductible contribution for purchaser.

· Winner is responsible for all tax consequences and income tax withholding on new Prius. Winner will assume and be responsible for payment of the required federal withholding tax, if any, and all other fees, and local, state and federal taxes.

· Mailed-in ticket request must be accompanied by check or money order made payable to Purple Bra Brigade.

· Credit Cards may be used via Paypal.com. Go to www.PurpleBraBrigade.org/raffle.htm to purchase tickets online with credit cards.

· Generally tickets will be mailed within 6 business days.

· Only one (1) individual may be identified as the purchaser (or buyer) on the raffle entry.

· Purchaser of raffle tickets must legibly write their name and complete all information on each raffle ticket.

· All mailed ticket requests accompanied by check must be postmarked by August 22, 2008.

· If an entrant’s check is dishonored by the bank, the ticket(s) will be invalid unless full payment is received for check and NSF fees by the Purple Bra Brigade by September 5, 2008 @ 5 p.m.

· All tickets must be put into drawing container prior to 10:00 a.m., September 13, 2008, to be eligible for the drawing.

· Susan G Komen for the Cure and the Purple Bra Brigade assume no liability for lost, late, misdirected, mutilated, incomplete, illegible, undelivered entries or entries without proper payment received, which entries shall be deemed invalid and shall be immediately disqualified.

· Winner does not need to be present to win.

· The grand prize winner will have the choice to receive a 2008 Toyota Prius or $24,000 cash. The winner will chose the color of the Prius and may add any additional options from the standard options. Winner will be responsible for paying for additional features.

· The winner is responsible for all applicable taxes, licensing, registration, title, license plate and any other fees. The appropriate income taxes will be paid by winner.

· Susan G Komen for the Cure and the Purple Bra Brigade specifically disclaims all express or implied warranties
including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose regarding the raffle vehicle.

· The winner will be determined by random drawing. The drawing will take place September 13, 2008 between 10:00 and 11:00 a.m. Please check www.PurpleBraBrigade.org for the location. Ticket holders will be emailed location when final arrangements are complete.

· The winner will be notified by phone/email on September 14, 2008, if not present.

· If a selected winner is unable to be located after a period of one hundred and twenty (120) days from the draw date of raffle drawing, the prize or its cash equivalent will be deemed to have been donated to Susan G Komen for the Cure.

· All proceeds less expenses benefit Susan G Komen for the Cure. Susan G Komen for the Cure is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization.

· The winner will be posted on the Purple Bra Brigade web site www.PurpleBraBrigade.org on September 14, 2008
